At Bella Eve, we're committed to delivering your order as smoothly as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.
Processing Times
All orders are made-to-order, custom-created specifically for you. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and local carrier operations.

We currently ship worldwide to most countries, including:

Due to carrier restrictions, we can only deliver to valid street addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, MPO, or DPO addresses at this time.

We work with trusted global carriers to ensure reliable, tracked delivery worldwide. These include: DHL, GLS, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Australia Post, Royal Mail, Canada Post, and more.
Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders—no minimum spend required.
Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Changing Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@bellaeve.co within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes can only be made if production has not started.
Due to regional fulfillment, address changes are only possible if the new address is within the same region or territory as the original. If your request doesn't meet these criteria, a new order will need to be placed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note: Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable. Bella Eve is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@bellaeve.co within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging
- Include your order number
- We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for shipping delays once your order has been shipped.
