At Bella Eve, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Every artwork is crafted with gallery-grade materials and care. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.


If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged or Defective

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@bellaeve.co with clear photos showing:

  • The damaged/defective artwork
  • The packaging (if damaged)
  • Your order number

We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund. No need to return the damaged piece, simply discard it responsibly.


If You're Not Completely Satisfied with Your Artwork

We'll work with you to find a solution. Because each piece is custom-made and cannot be resold, options may include store credit or exchange for a different piece.

Important Details

  • Each Bella Eve artwork is made-to-order, custom-created specifically for you
  • Damage or defect claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photo evidence is required for all claims
  • We cannot accept physical returns or arrange return shipping
  • Store credit issued for any reason is valid for 12 months and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Custom or personalized orders are final sale unless defective
  • All resolutions are subject to verification and provided at our discretion

How to Report an Issue

Step 1: Email us at hello@bellaeve.co within 24 hours of delivery (for damage/defects) or within 30 days (for other concerns)

Step 2: Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • Brief description of the concern

Step 3: We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
